DSS Global, Inc. is a search firm that assists our clients in finding the best talent to stay competitive in the marketplace. We earn your trust by conducting all search assignments with sensitivity, confidentiality, and integrity. By consulting with clients prior to the search, we identify the target companies and the critical skills required for exceptional performance at your company. Then, we cold call qualified candidates from our proprietary databases, interview interested candidates and present only the most qualified candidates to the client with a profile of the candidates strengths and weaknesses for the role. A status report is sent weekly with new candidates under review and marketplace issues or feedback are recorded.  A hire is guaranteed, we do not cease looking for candidates until the position is filled.

In research, you pay only for the services needed. We call it "search a la carte" that is used for benchmarking against internal and external candidates.  It may include name generation, cold calling passive potential candidates at target companies in your industry and the specified functional area. We forward the prescreened resumes to the client for review.  A status report is sent weekly with new candidates under review.  Our guarantee is 2-5 candidates to add to an existing candidate pool.  A hire is not guaranteed, as client's utilize this model for benchmarking purposes.  We offer clients flexible contracts to fit your needs.

We believe the best candidates are well informed about your company/organization and your corporate culture.  Therefore, we spend time with candidates informing them of your requirements. If there is a fit in experience and technical skills, we coach them on how to best deliver information about themselves to the client.  We offer this to all candidates and stay in touch with placed candidates to assure fit for one year after placement.

Since there is a need for corporate meeting planning, we provide assistance to coordinate corporate recruiting events both on and offsite that targets highly qualified senior level talent.  We also facilitate leadership meetings, plan company events, manage cost and vendors for small and large events.
